Our Sasanian Imperial Smoked Salmon is a premium quality, artisanal smoked salmon and has been freshly crafted in our traditional smoked house using the finest sustainable salmon. We hand-cure each filet with a blend of pure Himalayan pink salt – then naturally cold smoke the salmon over smoldering oak-wood chippings. Each smoked salmon filet is carefully trimmed by hand, delicately sliced and vacuum sealed to capture that “fresh out of the smoker” taste.
