Returns and Exchanges:
Once the package is received it should be inspected immediately and placed in the refrigerator. All items are guaranteed fresh. In the rare event of a transportation delay,  we ensure and provide the proper material for the package to withstand 48 hours of transportation. Credit will not be given if the package is rejected, opened, or partially consumed. In the very rare event there is an issue with your package, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours. We will then request full details and further review the matter. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.

If there is an issue due to an unforeseen shipping mishap, a claim will be made within 24 hours by a representative at Sasanian Caviar and we will re-ship your Caviar fresh. We will provide you with detailed instructions to return any mishandled products to our Facility.

No returns will be accepted without instructions provided by Sasanian Caviar. Once instructions are provided for our return, we will re-ship new merchandise.
